SAGE Publishing Delegation Visits Tsinghua University Library

On March 26, 2025, Ziyad Marar, President of Global Publishing at SAGE, along with Martha Sedgwick, Senior Vice President of Innovation, Research & Learning Innovation, visited Tsinghua University Library. They were received by the Director of the Tsinghua University Library Jin Jianbin, and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Tsinghua University Library Committee Dou Tianfang.

The two parties engaged in meaningful in-depth discussions on key topics such as the optimization of the Open Access (OA) paper publication process. Including promoting the usage and academic dissemination of OA papers, and increasing Chinese scholars’ engagement in global academic dialogue.

Following the discussions, the delegation toured the library exhibition together.
