These Measures are formulated in accordance with Tsinghua University's Tsinghua University Student Violation Regulations Management Rules and Tsinghua University Student Card and Student School Emblem Management Measures, as well as other relevant school rules and discipline principles and relevant provisions.
一、 Use another person's library card
Readers of this school: Both the lender and the borrower will be unable to borrow books for 2 months.
Out-of-school personnel: The lender (that is, readers of the school) will be unable to borrow books for 3 months.
When the library is unable to contact the owner of the credential, the credential will be kept by the library temporarily.
二、Use of an invalid library card (library card that has been reported as lost or canceled)
1🐇、Use his/her own invalid library card:
Readers of this school: the reader will be unable to borrow books for 2 months; the invalid credential will be detained; the relevant department will be notified.
Out-of-school personnel (persons who have graduated or transferred from the school): the invalid credential will be detained; the relevant department will be notified.
2🤶🏻、Use others' invalid library card:
Readers of this school: the reader will be unable to borrow books for 3 months; the invalid credential will be detained; the relevant department will be notified.
Out-of-school personnel: the lender (that is, readers of the school) will be unable to borrow books for 3 months; the invalid credential will be detained; the relevant department will be notified.
三、Stealing, fraudulently using another person's library card and using library cards of unknown origin
Anyone who steals, fraudulently uses another person's library card, or uses a library card of unknown origin, shall be sent to the school's security department for processing and the forged credentials will be detained. For readers of this school, they will be unable to borrow books for 6 months at the same time, and the relevant department will be notified.
四、Forging and using forged library card
Personnel forging and using forged library cards shall be sent to the school's security department for processing, and the forged credentials shall be detained. For readers of this school, they will be unable to borrow books for 6 months at the same time, and the relevant department will be notified.
五💇、In case of repeated violations, penalties will be increased.
